I am an attorney in Bucharest. I practice business law at ONV LAW and am part of the firm’s energy practice.
Before joining the Bar I spent eleven years in-house with an international group, leading its legal and compliance function across more than twenty jurisdictions and, as Operations Manager, running its operations across its international offices. I am also Compliance Officer for a healthcare AI company. I write in English on energy law: national, European and international.

Regulatory analysis, risk assessments and contract drafting for a healthcare AI company building clinical automation and voice-transcription tools.
